Welcome

Picture
I am an Ecologist, SuperStarofSTEM, 2018 Eureka Prize finalist for Science Communication and 2019 ACT Australian of the year finalist.

I am an expedition leader at Bush Blitz - an Australian species discovery program.

I've worked as a Sanctuary Ambassador and Ecologist at Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary. This work included research and restoration of critically endangered grassy woodlands, including reintroducing locally extinct species, such as the Eastern Bettong and Eastern Quoll. I led Australia's first successful reintroduction of the Bush Stone-curlew. I attracted significant funding and support for our projects. I also developed highly successful education programs, focusing on sharing science with policy makers, local community, early career researchers and students from preschool to university.

I love inspiring people to be as passionate about the environment as I am. I welcome new opportunities and methods to connect with different audiences.
